Our design approach is centred on the visitor experience and we consider the social interaction, physical interaction, and cognitive processes that occur when the visitor approaches an exhibit. To that end, we use techniques such as experience piloting, prototyping, focus groups, and simulation in order to create the most engaging and relevant exhibits possible. Our teams are created based on the fact that we feel these projects are not based on technical, artistic, content, or interactive issues alone.
